The paper presents the results of detecting burnout syndrome in people having stressful jobs in the early stages of its development, by applying a model of the work of 52 surgical nurses. The Boiko and Taylor procedures and Holmes and Rahe scales were used for psychodiagnostic screening in two groups with different work length.
