The paper shows the introduction and further adaptation of a nursing process in the work of nurses from the dental department of the Pokrovka Sante medical center. It denotes the role of the chief nurse in improving outpatient dental nursing care. The nurses’ work changes that have occurred since the introduction of the nursing process are shown.
