Causes of nurses’ suicidal behavior

The paper presents material on drawing attention to the causes of nurses’ suicidal behavior. The risk of suicide is associated with factors, such as depression, low self-esteem, and burnout syndrome. Nurses who work in a team with conflicting interpersonal relationships and in the family, out of wedlock, have high stress, no professional independence or prospects, who are young and better educated, work night shifts, have low family incomes, overwork at their job are more likely to develop depression and commit a suicide.
