The load of external part-time workers in a medical institution

In accordance with Art. 60.1 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, an employee has the right to conclude employment contracts for performing other regular paid work with another employer in his free time from his main job (external part-time job). The specifics of part-time work of medical workers are determined by Chapter 44 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and by the Resolution of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2003 No. 41 "On the specifics of part-time work of pedagogical, medical, pharmaceutical workers and cultural workers" (hereinafter - Resolution No. 41).
