Lactic acidosis in the nurse’s practice

Laktat-acidosis – the critical morbid condition of an organism arising at various syndromes and diseases which are followed by an acute or chronic hypoxia, considerable oppression of the central nervous system function in the conditions of a lactacidemia. The lactacidemia is a metabolic acidosis with a big anion difference (> 10 mmol/l) and increase in level of lactic acid in blood> 4 mmol/l. Now, accurate criteria of diagnostics, diagnosis and treatment of this morbid condition are defined. This article is devoted to the main questions which doctors-endocrinologists and resuscitators at identification of this symptom complex can face.
