Suspension from work of nurses who have not been vaccinated

The suspension of employees of a medical organization from work due to their refusal to be vaccinated against coronavirus infection (COVID-19) will be lawful only for those employees who perform work associated with a high risk of infectious diseases (work with patients with infectious diseases, with live cultures of infectious disease pathogens, with human blood and biological fluids).
