The risk of hypertension is increased in smokers, people who abuse alcohol, those who are stressed, and also have excess weight. Risk factors also include chronic diseases, such as diabetes and pyelonephritis. It is not always easy to notice hypertension. With obvious signs, it is much easier to detect it than when an increase in pressure is accompanied by atypical symptoms, and age does not allow you to suspect pathology.
