Since December 1, 2008, the Russian Federation has introduced new systems for work payment for the employees of federal budgetary organizations. The paper gives the results of a survey of the nurses’ attitude towards the reformed work payment. These have confirmed the advanced hypothesis that the nurses are unready for their salary reform.
