Судебно-медицинская экспертиза играет ключевую роль в международной юридической системе, обеспечивая научно обоснованные доказательства для разрешения судебных дел. Важность этой дисциплины выходит за рамки национальных границ, требуя от специалистов постоянного обмена опытом, знаниями и инновационными технологиями [1]. Средний медицинский персонал, включая медицинских сестер, лаборантов и техников, играет важную роль в поддержании высокого качества исследований и экспертиз. В свете глобализации и международных преступлений судебно-медицинская экспертиза сталкивается с необходимостью единой стандартизации методов и процедур, что возможно исключительно на базе усиленного международного сотрудничества.
