The paper presents the results of studying the principles in the organization of therapeutic care and determines the significance of the sociomedical problem of coronary heart disease (CHD) in armed forces personnel. Assessment of its components, which was made via questionnaire interviews of the patients of a therapy unit of a Moscow hospital, and further analysis could elaborate the areas of CHD prevention.
