The paper describes the A.A. Maksimov Clinic of Hematology and Cell Therapy, N.I. Pirogov National Medical Surgical Center. The concept of multiple sclerosis is defined. The principles of its therapy and diagnosis are given. A hematopoietic stem cell transplantation procedure to treat multiple sclerosis is depicted.
