Purpose of the study. Systematization of the obtained literature data on the mechanisms of aging and the administration of BioChaga and Biodihydroquercetin in different categories of persons. Based on this, description the mechanism of action and effectiveness of administration of BioChaga, Biodihydroquercetin of the trademark «Baikal Legend» for prevention of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, oncological diseases and type 2 diabetes mellitus, as age-related diseases. Drawing relationship between accelerated aging and «diseases of civilization», determination of BioChaga and BioDihydroquercetin role for prevention of these phenomena and evaluation of their impact on life quality and integral health indicators in elderly men and women. Material and methods. Completed: analysis of 10 Russian and 5 foreign publications. Reflected: the composition, pharmacological properties, mechanism of action of BioChaga, BioDihydroquercetin of the trade mark «Baikal Legend», their administration for prevention of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, oncological diseases, diabetes mellitus, their complications. We evaluated the contribution of BioDihydroquercetin (study at the Irkutsk State Medical University) in elderly people who are engaged in a health group and have an aggravated cardiovascular history. Results. BioChaga and BioDihydroquercetin have pronounced antioxidant, antiradical and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as high bioavailability. This makes them effective in combating excess free radicals and confirms their effectiveness in slowing down the aging process at the cellular level, according to the free radical theory of aging. In elderly patients, those involved in health groups while taking BioDihydroquercetin for 2 months showed a significant decrease in body weight by 1 kg (p=0.0004); BMI - by 2.6 kg/m2 (p=0.0005); SBP - by 3 mm Hg. (p=0.0092); DBP - by 10 mm Hg (p=0.0262); fat mass - by 1.1% (p=0.0262). There was a statistically significant increase in integral health indicators: FFI - by 2% (p=0.0147); mental reserves - by 10% (p=0.0278) and general reserves - by 2.1% (p=0.0279). Administration of BioChaga and BioDihydroquercetin reduces influence of risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; improves quality of life indicators. The positive effect of BioChaga and BioDihydroquercetin in patients with diabetes mellitus was associated with a decrease in blood sugar by 15-30%, and BioDihydroquercetin - with an increase in tissue sensitivity to glucose, and a decrease in vascular complications of diabetes mellitus. For oncological patients, BioChaga and BioDihydroquercetin are effective due to a pronounced detoxifying and protective effect. Conclusion. BioChaga and BioDihydroquercetin are natural products with proven high antioxidant, antiradical, anti-inflammatory activity. The risk factors for accelerated aging and «diseases of civilization» according to the redox theory of aging are the same. Administration of natural antioxidants BioChaga and BioDihydroquercetin is associated with a decrease in the influence of risk factors for cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, oncological diseases, diabetes mellitus, which are characteristic of «diseases of civilization»and age-associated diseases.
