On the difficulties of dental nursing work

Due to a wide range of functional load, a nurse in dentistry meets with a number of problems and difficulties in her professional activity, which directly affects the overall result of patient treatment. The study of this issue in order to improve the quality of dental care work is a relevant area of analysis. In this aspect it is necessary to consider excessive physical and mental load, infection risks, psycho-emotional stress and emotional burnout syndrome. All this undoubtedly affects the decrease in the quality of medical care.
