Mentoring is interaction between colleagues from different age and competency groups, which allows you to quickly learn experience and improve professional skills. The two main functions of mentoring are onboarding and retention. The competent development of mentoring in a medical organization contributes to more effective work. The process must be structured in such a way that the corporate rules of each particular medical organization are taken into account. In the long term, this will improve the quality of patient care and the migration of medical personnel to other clinics. That is, the mentoring system is an investment in the long-term development of the organization.
