The article is devoted to the results of the study of the relationship between professional activity and family life satisfaction of female teachers of medical institutes. The study examined: career satisfaction, satisfaction with family life, as well as satisfaction from combining professional activity and family life among female teachers of the RUDN Medical Institute. The paper describes the trends towards changing the relationship between professional activity and family life, factors contributing to the violation of the relationship between professional activity and family life, as well as the features of a teaching career at a medical institute.
