Place of work: State Budget Health Institution "Penza Regional Clinical Hospital named after N.N. Burdenko", Deputy Chief Physician for Work with Nursing Staff.

Tatyana Vladimirovna supervises a large team of medical staff. She organises and holds regional scientific-practical nursing conferences, professional skills competitions. She develops and implements guidelines for healthcare institutions in the region for organising the work of nursing staff. She combines her main work with teaching activity.

She is the Chairman of the Board of the public organisation of paramedical workers of the Penza region. Introduces innovative nursing technologies in the work of nursing staff of the Penza Region. She is actively engaged in scientific research work on organisation of activity of nursing staff.

She is the author of 27 publications, 7 methodological guidelines, implemented in rural health institutions of Penza Oblast. She is co-author of the collection of "The Handbook of Obstetric and Gynaecological Operating Nurses".
